Shipping Policy

At Quillzer, we strive to offer you the best shopping experience with timely and secure deliveries. Below is an outline of our shipping policy to help you understand how we handle shipping and delivery.

Processing time:

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Handling Time: Some products may have a handling time of up to 3 business days, which will be communicated clearly on the product page.

Shipping Rate:

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above 499rs.

  • Shipping Charges: Orders below the free shipping threshold will incur a flat shipping fee of 50 - 70rs. The shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the shipping address and selected shipping method.

Shipping Times

Delivery typically takes between 5-7 business days after processing.

Tracking and Notifications

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Partners:

We work with reliable shipping carriers, including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, to ensure your packages arrive safely and on time.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Delivery Issues:

  • Delayed or Lost Shipments: If your order is delayed or lost during transit, please contact us at E-mail - support@quillzer.com. We will assist in tracking your order and ensuring its safe delivery.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or a failure to accept delivery, we will notify you. You will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Quillzer, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how our return process works:

 

Return Eligibility:

  • Timeframe: You can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, returns may not be accepted.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Tags and labels should still be attached.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at support@quillzer.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

 

Return Shipping:

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are covered by us. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Packaging: Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Use the original packaging if possible.

 

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. We will assist you with the exchange process and ensure you receive the replacement product.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Report Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage or defect to help us resolve the issue promptly.

  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for items that are damaged or defective upon receipt.

 

Refund Processing:

  • Timeframe: Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take 3-5 business days after processing.

 

Order Cancellation:

  • Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order is in the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.
